How long does the hiring review take?

Our engineering and HR leadership personally reviews all applications sent to hr@merahost.org within 2–3 business days. Shortlisted candidates are invited directly to a technical or culture interview.

Do I need a formal computer science degree?

No. At MeraHost, demonstrable practical ability, curiosity, communication quality, and an ownership mindset matter far more than academic credentials or degree labels.
