How long does the hiring review take?
Our engineering and HR leadership personally reviews all applications sent to hr@merahost.org within 2–3 business days. Shortlisted candidates are invited directly to a technical or culture interview.
Do I need a formal computer science degree?
No. At MeraHost, demonstrable practical ability, curiosity, communication quality, and an ownership mindset matter far more than academic credentials or degree labels.
Is remote work fully supported?
Yes. MeraHost is a remote-friendly organization with an asynchronous, digital-first culture. Team members collaborate across multiple geographic locations. For operational support roles, rotating schedules ensure 24/7 client coverage.
